Fractal Diffuser

Creativity and Aesthetics

Within The Golden Ratio course I set it as a goal to create and measure two experimental types of diffusive surfaces, one based on a fractal, the Sierpinski Triangle, another based on a spiral pattern; the first spiral based acoustic diffuser. Creating the fractal as well as the spiral would be done solely in C based code. After the creation of the surfaces I measured the variations in auditive diffusion for each of them and created a report based on the results.
